I was struggling to loose weight for my wedding day so after reading on boot camps and then researching on the internet for sometime. I decided on New You Boot Camp, it not only kick started me to carry on loosing weight once I left but gave me the education to make life changes. I have since changed jobs and am 16 lbs lighter since I went to New You Boot Camp in April. I would like to thank not only the staff on my camp but the team I have been in contact with since April, they have kept up the encouragement and helpful hints and tips. I cant thank New You enough for the New ME.
