The New You Boot Camp is designed so you leave feeling a completely New You. We provide the special touches to make your stay comfortable and memorable.
But please remember this is a boot camp, so you will be woken early in the morning, put through your paces and will have to pass on that gin and tonic in the evening... well ladies we have to remember why we are here don’t we... to drop a dress size and tone up!
Typical day may consist of Sunrise Trek, Breakfast, Nutrition Lesson, Circuits, Bike Riding, Core Training, Lunch, Body Confidence Lesson, Boxing, Obstacle Courses, Abseiling, Beach BBQ, Tribal Dancing, Yoga and Night Walk. (Activities dependent on venue, weather and staff skills).
Our team of trained professional and Military Physical Instructors have designed a robust course to put you through your paces and target those problem areas
You will follow the New You Boot Camp diet plan devised by our New You Boot Camp nutrition squad. As well as have personal one-to-ones to help you continue to lose weight once you leave.
Prices for the week start at £1,225 for a shared room and £1,650 for single room and includes: accommodation, activities, expertise, food and drinks!
Additional extras such as pedicures, manicures, spray tans, waxing, makeup lessons and massage can be booked (at an additional price) to complete your final New You look. (Please book with New You Boot Camp Office one month prior your boot camp to avoid disappointment).
