Our premier Mid Week & Weekend booster breaks offer you a booster New You Boot Camp breaks designed to fit in with your busy schedules. Especially formulated for those who are looking to kick start their fitness, weight loss and healthier lifestyle. These are perfect for anyone who is beginning their journey to the ‘New You’ as well as returning clients who need a further helping hand to keep them on track to their healthier lifestyle.
The Midweek and Weekend breaks are perfect for those of you that can’t find the time in your busy schedules for a 7 day course but would still like the challenge of New You Boot Camp as you will experience a taster of our globally recognised training programme. Our Mid Week and Weekend breaks offer you the same quality of programmes, venues and instructors as well as the healthy mouth watering menus and meal plans that New You Chef and Nutritionists have put together.
Due to the shorter length breaks there will be less emphasis of the weight loss aspect of the course with no nutritionist scheduled, clients will still receive a copy of the New You Boot Camp nutrition notes which outlines clear details on our nutritional programme with recipes and ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner to ensure that you can stay on your New You journey once you get home.
Held at locations around the UK and open to men and women.

What's Included
- 10 Hours of training per day.
- All activities on site unless short walks.
- You will be following the New You Boot Camps Exclusive Therapeutic Nutritional Programme during your stay.
- Opportunity to have a goal setting and personal one to one with trainer to work on individual training plan.
- Cookery demonstrations from our wonderful chefs who will take you through some fabulous healthy recipes.
- All food, drinks and training are included. There are no hidden costs.
- You will have to make your own way to and from the venue.

Here is a sample list of activities that we do include during the Weekend and Midweek Breaks at New You Boot Camp We offer a wide variety of activities and these are just a few.
On many boot camps there is a wide variety of fitness levels and when we have a large group with different fitness levels some classes will be split into different fitness levels to allow each of our clients to gain the most benefit from each class.
All sessions are based on the key principles from our New You Boot Camp programmes and include:
- Parade
- Section Attacks
- Command Tasks
- Battle PT
- Leopard Crawling
- Log Runs
- Body Pump
- Boxing
- Skipping
- Team Games
- Hiking
- Scramble Net-Obstacle Courses
- Circuit Training and Core Training.
(Please note that some activities may be cancelled due to bad weather or staff skill).

Travel
Our Midweek and Weekend Breaks are held at different locations around the UK.
New You Boot Camp will update this page for each break coming up.
For the Suffolk Break in January clients are to arrive at 12pm on arrival day and depart at 10am on departure day.
Via Train
For clients arriving by train, please make your way to the New You Boot Camp destination by taxi. Please contact the New You Boot Camp Head Office for taxi details.
Via Plane
For clients arriving by plane you will need to make your own way from the Airport to the New You Boot Camp destination. Please contact New You Boot Camp Head Office for help with organising this.
Via Car
For clients arriving by car you will need to make your way to the meeting point. Please contact New You Boot Camp for address.

- The Mid Week and Weekend Breaks are slightly more relaxed then our 7 day residential courses.
- You will be training for up to 10 Hours per day
- All food, drinks and training are included. There are no hidden costs once you are at New You Boot Camp.
- Access to internet is very intermittent due to the remote venue.
- Group size dependent on venue.
