Due to client feedback and customer demand New You Boot Camp are now delighted to be launching New You Boot Camp Midweek and Weekend Booster Breaks in 2010. New You Boot Camp Booster Breaks consist of a four day boot camp break designed to kick start you to a healthier and fitter lifestyle. 

You will experience a taster of our famous globally recognised, week long, residential boot camps. Perfect for boot campers that can’t find time in their schedules but still would like the challenge of New You Boot Camp. The boosters are also perfect for returning clients who need a further kick to keep them on track to their healthier lifestyle.

If you fancy a kick start, challenge, enjoy fitness, like to push yourself to your limits then this exhilarating New You Boot Camp Booster Course is for you.

The New You Boot Camp Booster Breaks are suitable for all ages, men & woman, couples, friends, family members, new & returning clients who need a kick start booster experience of New You Boot Camp.

Perfect for anyone who finds it difficult to dedicate a whole week to a boot camp.  With it being only 4 days and 3 nights you will have the perfect quick injection of exercise and healthy eating that you can fit in to your busy lives.

How do the New You Boot Camp 4 Day Booster Breaks differ from the original 7 day New You Boot Camp week long residential courses?

New You Boot Camp Booster Breaks offer the same quality of instructors, programmes and venues as well as the healthy mouth watering menus and meal plans that our fully qualified Chefs and Nutritionists have put together.  

There will be less emphasis on weight loss due to the shorter length of courses with no nutritionist on site but more emphasis on fitness with the course specifically designed to put you through your paces, whilst boosting energy levels through the roof!  You will not accomplish the same results that you will on the 7 day course but this is perfect for a quick kick start.

Venue and location

New You Boot Camp Booster Breaks will be held in a beautiful property within easy reach of London and all details will be available in early 2010.

The New You Boot Camp Booster Breaks include:

Accommodation for 3 nights.

  • Up to 10 Hours of exercise per day, including cardio vascular, fat burning and PT sessions from world class military trainers (our trainers train British military recruits and adapt their techniques especially for our clients).
  • Meals and snacks.
  • Unlimited drinks that include water, selections of fruit teas, selection of detox teas and green teas.
  • Relevant equipment for activities (e.g.: exercise mats, boxing pads and gloves etc).

Prices start at £650 pp includes: accommodation, activities, professional expertise, food and drinks.

£650 pp for a twin space
and £950 pp for a single room

Please note that there are no laundry facilities and you will need to bring your own towels.
