New You Boot Camp Testimonials

New You Boot Camp is an extremely successful programme, voted No 1 in Europe and No 3 in the World. We believe the best way for new clients to see this is by listening to our existing clients. We are extremely proud of all the success stories and we hope that we will have the opportunity to help you on to the road to the “New You”.

'Thank you for organising the Fitness Days. They're brilliant. I have now taken part in three (October, November and December 2009 in Richmond Park) and thoroughly enjoyed them. I can't say I didn't ache afterwards but I did take away a lot of ideas for things to incorporate into my training.

The groups were of varying fitness levels and sporting interests and everyone encouraged and supported each other. There was real camaraderie amongst the participants even though most people didn't know each other beforehand. Nick (Staff de Long) was very encouraging and supportive as well as authoritative. Everyone was pushed to try to exceed their respective perceived ability (I never think I can run at all!).

I really would recommend the fitness days to anyone who is looking to kick start their fitness regime or inject some variation into their existing workouts as well as anyone considering attending a Boot Camp or following up on one.

Thank you again. Dee'

Dear Jacqui/Sunny

What can I say about yesterday's Fitness Day ................. it was BRILIANTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT.  I thoroughly enjoyed it, it bought back the memories of being at camp.  I thank you both for allowing me to attend as your guest, it was very much appreciated.  Would have loved to come back in December, but unfortunately that is the month I am celebrating my 25th Anniversary (not married by the way, but we have been together for the solid 25 years).  Hopefully these sessions will become a regular item for next year.  I think 7hrs of fitness is better than the 1hr ones you get.  And to make it even great I weighed myself today and guess what ........... I WEIGH 9ST 12LB (a lost of 184lb).  Never  in my wildest dream did I think I will ever be below a single digit number, I still think it is a dream.  Where were you all 20 odd years ago!!!

I have to thank you all for making this real and thank you to Staff Reitz and Udar(?) for taking the sessions it was great.  In my additional feedback to the fitness day, I think we should have the discipline we have in the camp with the formation of lines and getting on with the workout but it still worked with yesterday's class even though we did not really have that.

YOU KNOW ME THE MORE HARDCORE IT IS THE BETTER!!!

I have done both of the Fitness Days and have loved them both!! It is a very enjoyable way to spend a Sunday; just being out in the beauty of Richmond Park getting some much needed exercise is great.  And doing it with like minded people who aren’t all superfit, but are neither unfit, makes it a very comfortable group/environment.

I like the mix of activities that we’ve done.  After the first day I suffered from stiff thighs for 2 weeks and still felt the effect on the 2nd Fitness Day when I tried running uphill.  But the second day loosened me up again and we spent more time stretching at the end of that day which was really beneficial.

We also did abs on the 2nd say which we didn’t really do on the first day and I felt that Monday morning! Turning over in bed reminded me sharply what I’d done the day before!

I’m not a sporty person and have no balls skills. If I was, I’d belong to a sports club. But I’m an outdoors person and enjoy exercise, although find it very easy to be lazy. So these days are perfect for me; I don’t have to try and hit or catch a ball (so can put more into the physical effort) and I can’t stop when I’m feeling lazy. Just what I need!!

So, I really hope you continue with them into the new year because I’d love to continue with them.

Many thanks, Deirdré Marsh
