Military Fitness Days
New You Boot Camp offers Military Fitness Days in London in both Finsbury Park and Richmond Park. The days are designed to be stereotypical of what you would experience during one of our residential New You Boot Camp weeks and they are a true military workout.
Fitness days will take place in Richmond Park and Finsbury Park in London on a monthly basis.
The New You Boot Camp intense workout is designed to energise you, rev up your metabolism whilst helping you progress in your workout and to fully educate you. This is a fabulous taster day for any one and is also perfect for pre and post boot camp training.

You will experience 6 hours of exercise & training (more exercise than most of you do in one week!)
All sessions are based on the key principles from our New You Boot Camp programmes and include: Parade, Section Attacks, Command Tasks, Battle PT, Leopard Crawling, Log Runs, Body Pump, Boxing, Skipping, Team Games, Scramble Net-Obstacle Courses, Circuit Training and Core Training. (Please note that some activities may be cancelled due to bad weather or staff skill).
So whether you are a past New You Boot Camper or someone who wants to train the New You Boot Camp way, training days are open to all male and females.
Richmond Park
New You Boot Camps 'Fitness Days' will be running from Richmond Park, London.

May to October 10.00am to 5.00pm
November to April 9.00am to 4.00pm
(Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure training sessions can begin on time).
