New You Boot Camp ‘Fitness Days’. Available in London and open to everyone - male and female!

New You Boot Camp is now offering ‘Fitness Days’ in London. These are day only - not the full week, see our boot camps for the full week option.

We have designed New You Boot Camp ‘Fitness Days’ in London parks to be stereotypical of what you would experience during one of our residential New You Boot Camp weeks.

Our ‘Fitness Days’ will teach you key skills for a fun, New You, intense workout, getting your metabolism revved to make you lean and energised whilst helping you progress in your workout.

All sessions are based on the key principles from our New You Boot Camp programmes – and include Parade, Section Attacks, Command Tasks, Battle PT, Leopard Crawling, Log Runs, Body Pump, Boxing, Skipping, Team Games, Scramble Net-Obstacle Courses, Circuit Training and Core Training.

(Please note that some activities may be cancelled due to bad weather or staff skill).

So whether you are a past New You Boot Camper or someone who wants to train the New You Boot Camp way, we will give you the results you want and prepare your body for life! Everyone is welcome to join us for the New You Boot Camp Fitness Days.

New You Boot Camp ‘Fitness Days’ are open to all (men and woman) past campers who need a kick start as well as the general public who want a taster day of what to expect during a week at a New You Boot Camp.

Also a great idea for all New You Boot Camper‘s ‘Re-unions.’

New You Boot Camps ‘Fitness Days’ will be running from Richmond Park, London - from 10.00 am until 5.00 pm.

Dates for 2008:

  • Sunday 12th October. 10.00 am until 5.00 pm
  • Sunday 2nd November. 10.00 am until 5.00 pm
  • Sunday 14th December. 10.00 am until 5.00 pm

(Please ensure you arrive 30 minutes early to make sure training will commence at the start time of 10.00 am)

Full day rate for ‘Fitness Days’ £75.00 per day for the three pilot dates above.

If you book for all three at the same time there is a 10% discount and you will only pay £67.50 per session.

All other dates will be £95.00 per person for 7 hours of intensive training from New You Boot Camp’s world class military trainers.
