7 nights on the stunning Cornwall coast.
This is a beautiful, quintessentially English country property where we hold our original award winning military programme with the added extras of life coaching, nutrition and training one to ones. You will also have full access to our indoor swimming pool at this venue during your own time. We are only 1hr and 20 minutes from London to Exeter train station and we pick you up directly from the train station.
Each year we find out from our clients what else we can do to improve on what we already offer. They wanted a boot camp that offers the same great results but with more outdoor hiking and stunning motivational scenery. So where else better to do this than the stunning coast line of North Devon and Cornwall!
Our new Coastal Boot Camp property is a collection of private cottages and indoor swimming pool within a large private estate based only a stone’s throw from the beautiful beaches, coves and coastline. A plethora of woodland walks and coastal walks are at our disposal to use at intervals around our intensive military training. This week will ensure that you not only gain a new figure and lose weight but that you leave with a new love of the great outdoors and feel invigorated and ready to take on the World!

What's Included
- 10-12 Hours per day training.

- Pre Boot Camp Home thyroid, adrenals and immunity function DIY tests. These tests are designed to identify areas that require further support for clients facing difficulties in losing weight

- You will be following the New You Boot Camps Exclusive Therapeutic Nutritional Programme during your stay.
- Leading Life Coach will be onsite for lectures, workshops and one to ones to enhance your fitness and weight loss success.
- Opportunity to have a goal setting and personal one to one with trainer to work on individual training plan.
- Cookery demonstrations from our wonderful chefs who will take you through some fabulous healthy recipes.

During your week at this inspiring Coastal Boot Camp, Life Coaches and Result Coaches will work with you through workshops and group talks revealing techniques to help break old habits and make new ones. We will enable you to tackle underlying emotions and unconscious behaviour that could be sabotaging you from reaching your weight loss and fitness goals.
The day is broken up into sessions on site, or in local beautiful woodland and could include Military fitness activities such as Wake Up PT, Section Attacks, Command Tasks, Battle PT, Leopard Crawling, Parade, Log Runs, Body Pump, Boxing, Skipping, Bike Riding, Team Games, Hiking, Scramble Net-Obstacle Courses, Circuit Training, Core Training, High ropes course, to name a few. (Please note that activities are dependent on venue, weather and staff skills).
In your downtime you can relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful walks this private estate has to offer, or you can take a refreshing dip in the indoor swimming pool.
You can be sure that by the end of the week you will leave feeling a completely “New You” and you will begin a new journey to finally enable you to live the life you have been aiming for.

Here is a sample list of activities that we do include during the week at New You Boot Camp Coastal. We offer a wide variety of activities and these are just a few. The first three days are split into hourly sessions to increase fitness levels and then as the week progresses off site activities such as mountain biking and hiking will be included.
On many boot camps there is a wide variety of fitness levels and when we have a large group with different fitness levels some classes will be split into different fitness levels to allow each of our clients to gain the most benefit from each class.

Training
All New You Boot Camp Trainers are a fountain of knowledge, so please do feel free to speak to them about how you should continue training when you get home – they are always more than happy to help. Please do ask our trainers for a personal training programme to take home with you if you would like this service.
Nutrition
Nutrition Workshops and one to ones are available during this boot camp programme. Do always feel free to speak to our nutritionists during the workshops or when you see them on site – they are more than happy to help.
Life Coaching

For clients arriving by train, New You Boot Camp will be collecting you from the Train Station at 13.45 so please arrange to be at Exeter St David’s Train Station for this time.

- Virgin Trains operate services from Scotland and the Midlands. Train times are at www.nationalrail.co.uk
- Trains are direct from London Paddington to Exeter St David’s and run approximately every hour.
- Journey times from London are approx 2 hours 30mins only.
- Please purchase an open return in case timings change on your departure date.

Via Plane
For clients arriving by plane you will need to make your own way from the Airport to Exeter St David’s Train Station. New You Boot Camp will be collecting you from the train station at 13.45 so please arrange to be at the Train Station for this Time.

- Exeter Airport is the closest Airport to the Venue pick up point. You will need to take a taxi from the Airport to Exeter St Davis Train Station where you will be collected by a New You Boot Camp Representative.

- For your return journey you will be taken back to Exeter St David’s Train Station. Please arrange a taxi to take you back to your Airport. If you need any help with this please do not hesitate to ask your New You Boot Camp Manager during the week.

For clients arriving by car you will need to make your way to the meeting point, Kilkhampton Church Car Park. New You Boot Camp will meet you there at 13.30

- 10-12 Hours per day training to include all of our military training.
- Outdoor adventure training such as full day hikes, half day cycling and high ropes course. (All outdoor activities are weather dependant).
- We ask you to take part in all activities. If you are scared of any element then we purely encourage you but we do understand if you cannot take part in an activity, we only want you to give it your best shot.
- A country estate with a relaxing cottage feel and stunning panoramic views of the English Countryside. This boot camp is a real haven and is the perfect place for you to concentrate on yourself. Not all rooms are en - suite but you will always have full access to a bathroom that will only be between two bedrooms.
- Full access to the indoor swimming pool at this venue.
- One of our leading Nutritionists will be onsite for group lectures, workshops and also optional one to ones.
- One of our leading Life Coaches will be onsite for group lectures, workshops and also optional one to ones.
- No washing machine facilities are available on site. Please bring enough kit with you to last throughout the week.
- All food, drinks and training are included. There are no hidden costs once you are at New You Boot Camp.
- We hold an average weight loss of 9lbs and an average inch loss of 9.5 inches. Always, remember your efforts during the week will reflect in the results. We ask that you put in 110%.
- Access to internet is very intermittent due to the remote venue.
- Water proofs and Hiking Boots are essential for this camp. Some activities to be done off site so please bring a rucksack to carry any items you need for the day. A 1 litre water bottle is also a necessity.
