It's time to show off the 'New You' at the New You Boot Camp glamour event of the year.

Be reunited with fellow Boot Campers whilst dining in one of London's most exclusive hotels.

This evening will be, without doubt, one to remember.

This ball is all about raising money for our Troops through "Help for Heroes", a charity committed to helping Soldiers who have been injured during service.

For obvious reasons this cause is very close to all staff members at New You Boot Camp.

This is a fantastic opportunity to raise money for a very worthy cause and to have a great night - we do hope you can make it and support our Troops.

"Race for Heroes"

New You Boot Camp are organising the 5k run in Hyde Park on the morning of Saturday 25th October 2008 to raise further funding for "Help for Heroes".

This event is open to all members of the public - not just New You Boot Campers. Why not join us for the run before attending the New You Boot Camp Charity Ball in the evening.

There is a £15.00 entrance fee per runner - ALL proceeds to go to "Help for Heroes".
