We care about you getting the shape you want for your wedding day and with that in mind our team of trained professional and Military Physical Instructors have designed a robust course to put you through your paces and target those problem areas.
You will follow the New You Boot Camp diet plan devised by our New You Boot Camp nutrition squad.
And it doesn’t stop there you will be teamed with a BridalBuddy – so that you can continue to motivate each other – even after your big day – why get a great body just for one day – when we can help you make changes for life!
Typical day (depending on weather) may consist of Sunrise Trek/Sunrise PT Session, Breakfast, Nutrition Lesson, Circuits, Bike Riding, Core Training, Lunch, Boxing, Obstacle Courses, Abseiling, Dinner/BBQ Dancing, Yoga and Night Walk. (Activities dependent on venue, weather and staff skills).
Hen do’s with a difference - Why not book your whole hen party in too - that way you get to put your mother-in-law through her paces, plus your whole hen party will all look fabulous for the big day!
Prices for the week start at £1,225 for a shared room and £1,650 for single room and includes: accommodation, activities, expertise, food and drinks!
Additional extras such as pedicures, manicures, spray tan, waxing, bridal makeup ideas and massage can be booked (at an additional price) to complete your bridal look. (Please book with New You Boot Camp Office one month prior your boot camp to avoid disappointment).
