7 luxury nights in Suffolk, England.

Our Boutique Boot Camp property in the UK is conveniently close to London catering for all our UK clients as well as international visitors.

As the leading boot camp in Europe we realise how important it is to offer our client’s even more. So for 2012 at our Boutique Boot Camp we are now offering daily Zumba classes combined with our high intensity military inspired programme, as it’s a great way to get fit, raise your heart rate, have fun and burn off those unwanted pounds. You don’t need to know how to dance, you just need to move your body and follow our instructors lead. The workouts include a mixture of interval training sessions, where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt, at the same time as burning fat. And what’s more, you can dance off up to 500 calories an hour. So get ready to Boot Camp and Zumba yourself slim!

We have also added our own bespoke New You Life Coaching to complement our original award winning military programme within the Suffolk Boutique Boot Camp to help clients break old habits and make new ones enabling clients to tackle unconscious behaviour that can sabotage them from reaching their weight loss and fitness goals, providing an effective way to initiate real change forever. Life Coaching is also used to help clients focus on other goals in their lives or areas where they would like to see improvements such as career and relationships.

  • Daily Zumba Dancing sessions designed to dance yourself slim as well as boost confidence.
  • Pre Boot Camp Home thyroid, adrenals and immunity function DIY tests. These tests are designed to identify areas that require further support for clients facing difficulties in losing weight.
  • Leading Nutritionist will be onsite for lectures, workshops and one to ones.
  • You will be following the New You Boot Camps Exclusive Therapeutic Nutritional Programme during your stay.
  • Leading Life Coach will be onsite for lectures, workshops and one to ones.
  • Opportunity to have a goal setting and personal one to one with trainer to work on individual training plan.
  • Cookery demonstrations from our wonderful chefs who will take you through some fabulous healthy recipes.

Our Boutique Boot Camp welcomes you to a break with a touch of comfort and style - a glamorous house surrounded by idyllic landscaped gardens that captivate you into tranquillity that is so hard to find in today’s busy world. Set in the beautiful Suffolk countryside situated away from all the hustle and bustle of life, close to Woodbridge and the Heritage Coast, this location is something very special.

We are also only 1hr from London and we pick you up directly from the train station at Woodbridge.

Sample Activities

Here is a sample list of activities that we do include during the week at New You Boot Camp Boutique UK. We offer a wide variety of activities and these are just a few. The first three days are split into hourly sessions to increase fitness levels and then as the week progresses off site activities such as mountain biking and hiking will be included. There will also be daily yoga sessions integrated into this course.

On many boot camps there is a wide variety of fitness levels and when we have a large group with different fitness levels some classes will be split into different fitness levels to allow each of our clients to gain the most benefit from each class.

Training

All New You Boot Camp Trainers are a fountain of knowledge, so please do feel free to speak to them about how you should continue training when you get home – they are always more than happy to help. Please do ask our trainers for a personal training programme to take home with you if you would like this service.

Nutrition

Nutrition Workshops and one to ones are available during this boot camp programme. Do always feel free to speak to our nutritionists during the workshops or when you see them on site – they are more than happy to help.

Life Coaching

Life Coaches and Result Coaches who will work with you through workshops and group talks revealing techniques to help break old habits and make new ones, enabling you to tackle underlying emotions and unconscious behaviour that could be sabotaging you from reaching your weight loss and fitness goals.

Travel

Please read carefully the directions and guidelines on whether you are travelling by train, plane or car. We try to make your journey to us as simple as possible and we look forward to seeing you at New You Boot Camp.

Via Train

For clients arriving by train, New You Boot Camp will be collecting you from the Train Station at 13.45 so please arrange to be at Woodbridge Train Station for this time.

Via Plane

For clients arriving by plane you will need to make your own way from the Airport to Woodbridge Train Station. New You Boot Camp will be collecting you from the train station at 13.45 so please arrange to be at the Train Station for this Time.

Via Car

For clients arriving by car you will need to make your way to the meeting point. Your New You Boot Camp Manager will meet you there at 13.30

  • Woodbridge can be reached by train on the National Express East Anglia Line from London Liverpool Street relevant final destination is Norwich.
  • Virgin Trains operate services from Scotland and the Midlands. Train times are at http://www.nationalrail.co.uk
  • Most trains stop at Woodbridge but some don’t so please be careful when booking your train.
  • Some journeys you have to change in Ipswich. Trains leave Liverpool Street at least once an hour, with journey times of approx 1hour 30 mins.
  • Please ensure that you book an open ticket for your return as times do change.
  • London Stansted Airport is the closest Airport to the Venue pick up point. You will need to take a taxi from the Airport to Woodbridge Train Station for 13.45 where you will be collected by a New You Boot Camp Representative.
  • If you would like to book your Taxi in advance please call the Local Taxi Company on: Woodbridge Cars 01473 333 888
  • For your return journey you will be taken back to Woodbridge Train Station. Please arrange a taxi to take you back to your Airport. Alternatively you can organise a private taxi pick up that we can happily help with.
  • Leave London on the A12 heading towards Chelmsford
  • Take the ramp to Gallows Corner Roundabout
  • At Gallows Corner Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Colchester Rd/A12 heading to Brentwood/Harold Hill
  • Continue to follow A12
  • At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the A14 ramp to Felixstowe/A14 (E)/Lowestoft/A12 (N)
  • Merge onto A14
  • At junction 58, exit toward Lowestoft/Woodbridge/A12 (N
  • Merge onto A12
  • Go through 4 roundabouts
  • At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Ipswich Rd/B1438 heading to Martlesham/Woodbridge/Little Bealings
  • Woodbridge Train Station will be on the left hand side
  • You have arrived at the New You Boot Camp pick up point.

Fact Sheet

Here is a fact sheet to really outline what is included and expected at New You Boot Camp Boutique Boot Camp. We do hope this helps you decide on which of our boot camps is the best choice for you.   • 10-12 Hours per day training to include all of our military training.

  • We ask you to take part in all activities.
  • Boutique House accommodation very near to London. A stunning newly refurbished property with fabulous decor and all modern amenities.
  • One of our leading Nutritionists will be onsite for group lectures, workshops and also optional one to ones.
  • One of our leading Life Coaches will be onsite for group lectures, workshops and also optional one to ones.
  • Yoga instruction is also included in your Boot Camp and will be held for one hour each evening. Yoga is great for muscle toning, weight loss, de-stressing as well as improving flexibility.
  • No washing machine facilities are available on site. Please bring enough kit with you to last throughout the week.
  • All food, drinks and training are included. There are no hidden costs once you are at New You Boot Camp.
  • We hold an average weight loss of 9lbs and an average inch loss of 9.5 inches. Always, remember your efforts during the week will reflect in the results. We ask that you put in 110%.
  • Access to internet is very intermittent due to the remote venue.
  • Group size of up to 27 clients.
  • Water proofs and Hiking Boots are essential for this camp. Some activities to be done off site so please bring a rucksack to carry any items you need for the day. A 1 litre water bottle is also a necessity.
