Our Complete Weight Loss Boot Camp welcomes you to a break with a touch of comfort and style – a glamorous house surrounded by idyllic landscaped gardens that captivate you into tranquillity that is so hard to find in today’s busy world. Set in the beautiful Suffolk countryside situated away from all the hustle and bustle of life, close to Woodbridge and the Heritage Coast, this location is something very special.
We are also only 1hr from London and we pick you up directly from the train station at Woodbridge.
Here is a sample list of activities that we do include during the week at New You Complete Weight Loss Boot Camp. We offer a wide variety of activities and these are just a few. The first three days are split into hourly sessions to increase fitness levels and then as the week progresses off site activities such as mountain biking and hiking will be included. There will also be daily yoga sessions integrated into this course.
On many boot camps there is a wide variety of fitness levels and when we have a large group with different fitness levels some classes will be split into different fitness levels to allow each of our clients to gain the most benefit from each class.
All New You Boot Camp Trainers are a fountain of knowledge, so please do feel free to speak to them about how you should continue training when you get home – they are always more than happy to help. Please do ask our trainers for a personal training programme to take home with you if you would like this service.
Nutrition Workshops are available during this boot camp programme. Do always feel free to speak to our nutritionists during the workshops or when you see them on site – they are more than happy to help.
Life Coaches and Result Coaches who will work with you through workshops and group talks revealing techniques to help break old habits and make new ones, enabling you to tackle underlying emotions and unconscious behaviour that could be sabotaging you from reaching your weight loss and fitness goals. Please read carefully the directions and guidelines on whether you are travelling by train, plane or car. We try to make your journey to us as simple as possible and we look forward to seeing you at New You Boot Camp.
For clients arriving by train, Woodbridge Train Station is the nearest station to the venue – Woodhall Manor. You will then need to arrange a taxi to arrive at the venue for 12pm.
Woodbridge can be reached by train on the National Express East Anglia Line from London Liverpool Street Relevant final destination is Norwich.
Most trains stop at Woodbridge but some don’t so please be careful when booking your train.
For clients arriving by plane you will need to make your own way from the Airport to the venue – Woodhall Manor for 12pm.
London Stansted Airport is the closest Airport to the Venue. You can travel to Woodbridge Train Station where you will need to arrange a taxi to Woodhall Manor.
For your return journey please arrange a taxi to take you back to your Airport or to Woodbridge Station.

10-12 Hours per day training to include all of our military training.
Outdoor adventure training such as full day hikes and half day cycling. (All outdoor activities are weather dependant)
We ask you to take part in all activities.
Boutique House accommodation very near to London. A stunning newly refurbished property with fabulous decor and all modern amenities.

No washing machine facilities are available on site. Please bring enough kit with you to last throughout the week.

We hold an average weight loss of 9lbs and an average inch loss of 9.5 inches. Always, remember your efforts during the week will reflect in the results. We ask that you put in 110%.
Access to internet is very intermittent due to the remote venue.
Group size of up to 27 clients.
Water proofs and Hiking Boots are essential for this camp. Some activities to be done off site so please bring a rucksack to carry any items you need for the day. A 1 litre water bottle is also a necessity.
