Let’s get this clear it’s a New You Boot Camp without the frills... if you are looking for an affordable New You Boot Camp, and don’t mind ‘Army Bunk’ style bedrooms, communal bathrooms/showers, washing your own dishes, then keep on reading... if you are looking for a more luxurious accommodation then book on the ‘New You’ Boot Camp, with all the trimmings.
Back to Basic Boot Camp offers you the same tools and experience as the other New You Boot Camps but at a budget price so everyone can afford the New You Boot Camp experience.
Typical day may consist of Sunrise Trek, Breakfast, Nutrition Seminar, Circuits, Bike Riding, Core Training, Lunch, Boxing, Obstacle Courses, Abseiling, Beach BBQ, Pilates/Flexibility and Night Walk. (Activities dependent on venue, weather and staff skills).
Accommodation will be bunk beds in shared rooms (army style!) and bathrooms will be communal.
The aim is to drop a dress size, improve fitness and tone up.
The intensity of training and the level of results are the same through all boots camps.
The price for the week is £950 and includes: accommodation, activities, expertise, food and drinks without the frills and back to basics!
Please note that there are no laundry facilities.
