At New You Boot Camp we have many different styles of boot camps which are all based in stunning locations amongst beautiful surroundings. Our New You - Female, Back to Basics Boot Camp is based in the stunning Brecon Beacons in South Wales, alongside our Male Boot Camp. And our New You Boot Camp - Luxury Boot Camp is based in the South Hams in Devon near the fabulous Dartmouth National Park and spectacular South West England Coastline and beaches. We also have a stunning 5* Luxury boot camp for just the ladies and mixed boot camps in Carvoeiro, Algrave, Portugal.

We offer New You Boot Camp - Military Fitness Days that are situated throughout London in Richmond Park and Finsbury Park. These are perfect for tasters, after care training, pre - training or just a day out with friends.

We offer New You Boot Camp – Mid Week Booster Breaks, perfect for a fitness boost or top up and not only great for our returning clients but for our new clients who just want a quick boost rather than an intensive week.

Finally, our newest edition to the New You Boot Camp Range is the New You Boot Camp Cookery and Nutrition Academy based in Dorset. Again, we are the first company to launch something of this kind in Europe. Not only do we teach you the cooking skills you would like to learn but also educate you on the nutritional value of food throughout the weekend. This weekend is perfect for returning clients and new clients.
